Booking Fee

A booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of your services or goods.

Additional Booking Policy - No Walk-Ins

To ensure the best possible experience for our clients and the efficient operation of Skinhaven, we have implemented a strict no walk-in policy. We kindly request that all appointments be booked in advance, with a minimum of 24 hours' notice before your desired appointment time.

Booking in Advance

  • Please make sure to book your appointment at least 24 hours in advance through our website, phone, or email.

Urgent Appointments

In the event that you require a last-minute appointment, we encourage you to contact us directly to check for availability.

While we prioritize scheduled bookings, we will do our best to accommodate urgent requests whenever possible. Please reach out to us, and we will assist you in finding a suitable time slot.

Rescheduling and Cancellation
  • Rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to be eligible for a refund of your booking fee.

  • If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Refunds for rescheduled or canceled appointments will be processed, less a 5% administration fee.

No Show Policy
  • If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice or cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time, your booking fee will not be refunded.
